Family Registration
Family registration is limited to immediate family members (two parents and a child). Please contact:
registration@redpoppyride.org for additional children and we will send you free registration coupon(s).
We want to encourage families to come out and ride!.
Bike Ride T-shirts
To guarantee a t-shirt you must register by the early deadline.
Location/Time/Rules
Ride starts at 8:oo a.m. at Georgetown High School Annex, 2295 N. Austin Ave, Georgetown, TX , with no riders leaving after 9:00 a.m. Parking information will be available at www.redpoppyride.org closer to the date of the event. Course closes at 4:OO p.m. Riders must obey all traffic laws Helmets must be worn.

Is my registration/ticket transferable?
You may transfer you ticket to someone else, transfers may be done through the registration website:

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You can bring your ticket on your phone or printed, but it is not required.
Delays or cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen events?
If the ride on Saturday, April 25th is cancelled due to weather, a contingency date has been set for Sunday, April 26th. Start time and location will remain the same.
What is the refund policy?
The ride is a charity event and all proceeds will go to the charities. In the event that both the event date and alternate date are cancelled, there will be no refunds. Participants will still get the race packets, t-shirts and may get a discounted rate for the following year registration if offered.
